The guilty verdict in Minnesota comes down as Earth Day cries out. Can we live on the Earth without killing it? The rally where we celebrated the banning of Monsanto/Bayer's carcinogenic "RoundUp" from NY parks featured Bertha Lewis, the founder of ACORN and long-time advocate of no poison in the parks. Bertha shouted "Earth Justices is Racial Justice!" RoundUp, with its toxin Glyphosate, was sprayed more heavily for many years in the parks in neighborhoods of color. No More!
