FCC Public Notices
The Federal Communications Commission requires that applicants for broadcast stations place a public notice on their website.
On November 9, 2021, Riverton Radio Project Association, applicant for a new Noncommercial Educational FM broadcast station on 89.9 MHz in Sharptown, Maryland, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for an original construction permit for a new station. A request for a technical waiver of 47 CFR §73.509(a) was requested in respect to WSCL(FM), Salisbury, Maryland.
Members of the public wishing to view this application or obtain information on how to file comments and petitions on the application can visit the broadcast application at the FCC.
Due to the waiver request, this application has not yet been accepted for filing at the FCC.
